Policies & Other Things
All orders are shipped from our NYC store. Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be packed and sent out. If you need an item rushed, please contact us prior to ordering.
Domestic orders are sent Priority Shipping via the USPS, and generally arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped. All orders are insured and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you would like to have an item shipped overseas prior to placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All returns or exchanges must have prior approval. Please email us within FIVE days of receiving your order at email@example.com to obtain an authorization form and instructions. Packages received without prior approval will be returned to the customer.
All sales are final on discounted items and vintage pieces.
Sales tax will be applied for all orders shipping within the state of New York.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order and will be eligible for return after that period.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date with valid receipt. Vintage rugs may be returned for refund within 5 business days. Damaged records may be exchanged within 5 days and are not eligible for refund or store credit. All vintage books, vintage magazines, BRVTVS, custom orders, furniture floor models, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
